The wellbeing team are running two drop in sessions today and tomorrow to support out students become responsible for their own mental health, please drop in to be part of it and spread the word.

Helping students manage their own mental health and wellbeing is becoming increasingly important! Poorly managed mental health can obviously impact on learning and we are keen to help students overcome their obstacles and become independent and healthy adults.  

To support students, we are running two self-care workshops:

  • North Road: Tuesday 28th November / 11:30 – 13:30 / P021 
  • Lansdowne: Wednesday 29th November / 11:30 – 13:30 / L032

These workshops will focus on developing self-care skills, building resilience and will provide students with simple and practical ways to live happier healthier lives.

The workshops will be led by Paula Sim.
