Support In Exams

 

 

 

If you have any additional needs, such as a learning difficulty, physical or sensory impairment, or mental health/wellbeing need, then either you or your teacher can request assessment for possible support for you in your exams. 

 

Examples of exam access arrangements (EAA) that may be put in place include:

  • Extra time (usually up to 25% but can be 50%)
  • Reader
  • Scribe
  • Use of a laptop/PC
  • Coloured/enlarged papers
  • Smaller room for examinations
  • Supervised rest breaks

 

If you think you need support in your exams come to Learning Support to book an appointment with one of our team, who will discuss your needs with you.
